Lazio Region, in partnership with the Carta Giovani Association, allows young people residing in the Lazio Region who possess a Carta Giovani to apply for reimbursement costs and take part in special events among which include BEST courses. All young people who reside or have a domicile in Lazio Region and are less than 30 years old can apply for a Carta Giovani Regione Lazio.
